TEK Water Softener
Water Softener uses softening ion exchange resin to remove calcium, magnesium and certain metal cations in hard water. Once saturated, the ion exchange resin will be regenerated using brine solution.

TEK Multimedia and Activated Carbon Filters
TEK MULTIMEDIA FILTER is used toremove fine suspended solid from the water after gone through conventional chemical treatment and clarification. It is also acted as a very important pretreatment system for RO. The media consists of anthracite and sand which provide better filtration efficiency as compared to single sand media. It permits effective use of larger portion of the volume of the filter bed since coarse particle can be removed at the upper surface of anthracite while the finer particle will be trapped by fine sand. Therefore, combination of anthracite and sand can provide longer running cycle and lower head loss.
TEK ACTIVAED CARBON FILTER is used to remove odour, colour, chlorine and dissolved organic. Dissolved organic molecule in water will attract and absorb to surface of micropores and macropores of large surface area of activated carbon. Removal of chlorine &organic compound at the initial stage will help to prevent oxidation on membrane& ion exchange resin and also minimize organic fouling.

TEK Ultra filtration system
TEK UF SYSTEM incorporates pressurized UF membrane filtration process in removing the fine suspended solid from the water after gone through conventional chemical treatment and clarification. It is also act as a very important pre-treatment system for RO. The membrane filtration process is specially designed with correct flux rate, in-situ cleaning facilities and outside-in filtration mode.

TEK Brackish & Seawater RO System
TEK Brackish & Seawater RO system is designed based on RO design guidelines with optimum flux rate, operating pressure and also fulfil required water quality. System is completed with special formulated silica & hardness anti-scalant treatment to minimize silica & hardness scaling on membrane.

Ion Exchange System & Electrodeionization (EDI / E-Cell) System
Conventional ion exchange mixed bed demin system and E-cell are designed to provide ultrapure water for industrial application such as power plant, semiconductor and general industry. E-cell uses electrical current to deionize and polish reverse osmosis (RO) permeate water.
